So if you happen to watch my instagram stories, you know that I sort of embarrassed myself at this photo shoot. If you didn’t catch the story – you’ll have to ask me about it some time 🙂

Anna and Jared are two amazing people that are getting married in 2018! After a few chats online, we all settled on visiting Bethesda Academy, for their perfect engagement photos. What we didn’t anticipate, was hurricane Irma coming through Savannah and threatening all of our plans! A few date changes later, we were all able to meet up for these beautiful photos.

I recently started incorporating my Leica a lot more and on this shoot in particular, I was just blown away with the M240. I wonder if you’re able to figure out which photos were taken with the Canon system or the Leica system? I’ll give you some hints – I shot the Sigma 35mm and the 45TS with the Canon system, and the Voigtländer Nokton 50mm on the Leica.

Okay – it’s only fair. If you’ve made it this far down, you deserve to learn how I embarrassed myself! So normally I’m REALLY good with names. I’m pretty proud of it, in fact. I think using a camera really helps, taking photos kind of cements memories and moments into my mind. Long (and embarrassing) story short – I called Jared every J name under the sun (except Jared, of course). Joe. John. Johnathan. Jedediah. Okay, just kidding on that last one there.

But seriously – Jared, thanks for being a good sport. I can’t wait to get to know Anna and Jared more over the next year, as we get closer and closer to their big, gorgeous, southern, Savannah wedding! Thanks so much for reading! Share, and leave some comments below!
