3 tips from All About You Entertainment, Savannah’s best wedding DJ, so your wedding reception is the party of the century!

This is most likely going to be the biggest party you have ever planned in your life. So as the hosts of a grand party in your honor you probably have high expectations of what is going to happen at your wedding reception. Here are 3 tips to make sure your wedding reception is the party of the century!

  • Create a timeline and be sure to hire a wedding Coordinator to assist your DJ in making sure things are flowing nicely. The biggest buzzkill at a wedding is your guests having to wait for things to happen. Having a coordinator to wrangle your wedding party for toasts and you and your fiancé for the cake cutting is priceless. You want to keep things constantly moving along.
  • Be sure to tell your DJ what makes you and your friends scream at the top of your lungs and ‘say that’s our song!’ You don’t have to pick every single song so don’t stress about that. You should trust your DJ to read the crowd and pick other songs to enhance the favorites that you picked out.
  • Make sure you are on the dance floor! Your guests are here to celebrate your wedding day. You both are celebrities for the day. If you want to make sure your guests are having a blast you need to be on the dance floor jamming out with them!
